The most unprofessional Attornys, they don’t return phone calls,, they are never available for calls, nor take us seriously even when paid , they don’t do the job they were commissioned to do. Phone call after phone call for months and they don’t care if they help us or not. We will never use them again. We don’t appreciate being treated so poorly.

Have yet to receive a call from her reguarding my still open case. I have even provided her with all the documents she needs for my case. If you see this Samantha please give a call regarding my next unknown court date since I was never informed you got the last one moved due to my covid.

Terrible family representation. Has ZERO professionalism. Receptionist was actually on the phone ordering some chicken for 5 minutes without greeting my brother and I. The “paralegal” (as they call her) hung up on me when I called to discuss issues, so I had to drive an hour and ten mins just so I could have their undivided attention. They treat people that aren’t from their small town like trash on the bottom of their shoe, so PLEASE Do NOT pay your hard earned money to these crooked people. They have made our grieving process much harder because We’ve actually had to fight for the RIGHT AND LEGAL thing to be done. It’s really sad that respect and professionalism isn’t at the top of their list when some of the people they deal with have lost their loved one.

I called yesterday about a POA that my sister tricked my mother into signing and the lady told me she DID NOT know my mother or my sister and would call me back that afternoon and that she is the only one who does them. So I called this morning and she called me back this lady was that I talked to yesterday and today same lady was RUDE AS HELL. Now today she can't and want tell me or my lawyer anything except have my mother call I said my mother does not even know who you are... She said oh well I dunno what to tell you. I said well I live 2 hours away thank GOD Im not from that crooked town cause something screwy is going on... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND LIES. YESTERDAY DOESN'T KNOW THEM TODAY SHE CAN'T TELL ME ANYTHING!!!!!!
