Sherwood Heights

I absolutely love my home, but I can not stand the neighborhood. You can't have bikes sitting outside without people constantly coming through and stealing them. You can complain on those who make the community hostile and supplying drugs to the people that are noticeably tweaking and nothing ever gets done. There is no secruity...it's so unfortunate. And it's the same ones always doing it.... Cops are always having to be called because all anyone wants is a peaceful neighborhood. Especially when you have children... this community could be so much better if someone started putting their foot down and getting rid of those few that are always a problem. Always promises and never anything being done about it...

Great community, with fair price ranges. Excellent location.

They take advantage of the tenants, this is a huge corporation that has raised the lot fees by over $100 per lot in a year!!! Installed water meters the tenants have no proof of use of an the trailer park will not provide this information. They thought taking ALL the stop signs in the park down was a GREAT IDEAL!!! THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE OR VISIT!!!!

I take a friend home occassionally, needs more lightening, roads need fixed, better security
