Great rest stop. Clean bathroom and a lovely waiting/sitting area with rocking chairs. I love that they play music all day. It always gives me something to look forward when we stop

The Tennessee Welcome Center is a great location to rest or get information on that state's popular destinations or site setting locations. What I appreciate most about this center are the available brochures and on hand attendants that keep this welcome center clean and comfortable. I mean there are vending machines that are well stocked and restrooms that are clean and accessible 365/24/7. Although this welcome center is comparatively smaller than I have visited on my journeys, it does prove to be a safe place to relax and take a snooze or two before continuing that journey. Furthermore, the Tennessee Welcome Center is a great place to meet other travelers and the local State Troopers when they are visiting the site during their tours.

spacious, clean and well organized! The best part is truck and cars are fairly separated. I frequently drive between Texas and New Jersey, and this is the must stop rest area.

Clean and welcoming! This welcoming center has more than restrooms. FREE MAPS AND INFORMATION. The staff is friendly and can answer your questions just about anything. Going toward Nashville, there was a herd of cows feeding and walking in a straight line down the mountain on the side of the interstate. No cattle or pickup truck in sight. I stopped at the Rest Center to tell them and they informed us that they had already called their owners to come and herd them back home!! Apparently these bunch if cows were repeat offenders!! So this Tennessee Rest Center is more than bathrooms!!

I can't believe I just gave a 4 out of 5 starts to a public rest stop. Really, they have earned it. If you're not a hauling a circus car full of giraffes or an overstuffed roof cargo hauler thanks to all the grandkids Christmas loot, you probably won't have any issue getting under the underpass if exiting on the eastbound. Somehow I always feel my head shrink a little lower on my shoulders all the same. Dittos to all other reviews on friendliness and cleanliness. Great place to almost make you forget you have another __ hours before getting to where you are going. But, what's with the space needle? Some type of artistic sundial I know, but...really?
