Krystal Marshall and Kelsey Matthews were amazing with helping me through the tax process. Krystal is usually the one that does my taxes however I had the privilege of meeting ms Matthews as well. Both ladies held up to professional standards and went over and beyond to help me. These ladies are wonderful, great attitudes, kind, helpful and responsible. I would refer my friends and family to Jackson Hewitt simply because my experience is always pleasant, fast and easy. Thank you ladies.

Krystal Marshall is very professional and does not just want my taxes done, she wants them correct. She went over all possibilities with terms i can easily understand and helped me navigate the crazy world of the IRS. She is confident in what she knows and this puts me at ease. She is the only person I ever want doing my taxes!

I am giving this business a five star rating based on the two lovely ladies that helped me in my tax preparation. Kelsey Matthew and Krystal Marshall were extremely polite, efficient, funny, and all around amazingly wonderful. I know it sounds weird, but I had a great time doing my taxes, and they got me in and out in thirty minutes! We need more people like this in customer service and I will definitely be back next year. Crystal Marshall is an amazing tax representative! In my opinion Jackson Hewitt should most definitely recognize her and realize just how lucky they are to have her as an employee!
