Friendly and professional staff and everything is cleaned regularly, so I feel safe coming in for my treatments. The therapists are very informative, so I understand not just what we're doing but why it's important. I never feel like I'm just blindly getting instructions without understanding the process. They consistently monitor my condition as we work and provide helpful exercises I can do at home to contribute to my progress. I've been attending sessions here for 3 weeks and already feel stronger and more flexible; I no longer have to choose pain when I choose activity.

I came to benchmark physical therapy today, and I was very nervous as this was my first time going to physical therapy! But I can tell you the lady at the front desk was sweet as she could be. And my PT Caroline was beyond extraordinary! She was super caring and you can tell she cares for her patients! If you need to see a physical therapist! They are the place to go! 5/5

Val, Caroline, and the admin. staff were the best. Very warm, friendly and caring. They want to help you put your injury behind you.nThey helped me to relive my pain and be able to rest better. THANK YOU ALL FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!

Great place with amazing customer service and attention to their patients. Caroline and Vasil were very helpful as well as professional with the care they provided. Was very happy with my experience and would recommend them to anyone.

These guys and gals are pretty great! I've been going there for 3 months now. They met my expectations then some. I have been to other Benchmark Therapy locations and the group on Dalton Pike in Cleveland Tn is far superior. I have 4 more scheduled visits and I'm NOT looking forward to my time there ending. I'd highly recommend using them for all your therapy needs.
