I have a myriad of problems with my neck. These folks are very patient and helpful and for the first time in years I felt completely normal ,thanks to their dry needling method. FIFTEEN hours of zero symptoms, almost 48 that were only mild. I could think clearly, I could work without pain, I could drive without feeling my face twitching. This is huge for me. If you've been putting off physical therapy, find a way to get it and find a way to get it *here.*

I would recommend Benchmark to anyone needing therapy. I’ve been going since September 2019 and I’ve met more than just therapist, I’ve made friends. I really respect what they do and how each one has helped me to reach my goals. From the desk girls to each therapist I’ve been treated with respect and gotten better more quickly then some other people who has had the same surgery. They have respect for each other and are very professional. I could not have gotten better without their commitment to do what it takes to get me where I needed to be at each session. So thankful I chose Benchmark and when I’m done I feel I’ll walk away not only recovered but with a therapy center that was as committed to my recovery as I was. Thank you to all the therapist that helped me reach my goal to move on with my life. May God bless each one of you.

I attended Benchmark Physical Therapy in Cleveland to obtain treatment on my recent shoulder replacement surgery. I was very impressed with the facility when I first walked in in regard to the amount of equipment and the pleasant environment. But even more importantly, the two therapist by whom I was treated, John and Ann, were outstanding. I am thankful to them for restoring the motion to my surgically repaired shoulder and for being sensitive to my needs and level of pain. I highly recommend benchmark for these reasons.

I would recomend this place I broke my foot and sprained my ankle bad and brandon has done an amazing job with my foot and ankle I'm about ready to walk after 2 visits ty all

The staff here are so nice and caring! They make you feel welcome and care so much for your healing! I’m only one month in but I have come so far since I started! They praise your accomplishments and cheer you on! So thankful for Benchmark PT!
