A great arcade in Chattanooga, TN where you can play classic video games, pool, ski ball and hang out in a pleasant environment. Good place for kids. Nice owners. Hope they make it through this challenging time in hospitality.
Loved my experience at level up! They had so many retro games that I’ve missed playing!! My fiancé and I went for 2 hours and played multiple video games plus pool and air hockey but couldn’t hit it all. I loved the super personable staff. I talked with the bartender and the owner, who were VERY friendly. I am a bartender and I recommend this place. Yes, for now, they only serve beer. Give this place a go, it’s going to be a big thing! I love it!
We had our Smoky Mountain Bearded Villains 3 Year event here. I was astounded at how big and spacious it was even with all the great games and seating. Well done Level Up on having our coolest venue yet.
I came in on a Saturday evening super excited to introduce some friends to Level Up! The visit was horrible. The bartender is very under trained. She has no idea how to run the register and when I presented my problem to the female owner, Char, she was very rude and short and acted like it was a problem for anyone to need help. Half of the games were off the whole time and we were there. The pizzas were pretty flavorless to say the least. We spent half of our time there getting refunds for games that were eating everyone’s money. I would say with different employees and some tlc this place would be great!
So many broken games. Bartender was nice at least and refunded our quarters but as a whole the experience is terrible. We left and went to Dave and Busters because at least their games work.
