The ladies who helped my boyfriend and I were super smart and kind. They helped us a lot. The checkout lady was amazing and thought the two guinea pigs we got were super adorable. I don’t know their names but the three of them definitely deserve a raise. Best pet store experience I’ve ever had ud83eudd70ud83dudc85ud83cudffd. You go besties.

Fast friendly service, I just ran in to get a dog bed. Its laid out good and easy to find what you want. I was in and out fast with no issues.

The 2 young ladies that were working that evening were extremely helpful and went above and beyond what they should have been able to accomplish with a store full of people and being what we all considered understaffed. Not sure if management of any kind will read this review but those 2 young ladies should be commended for their outstanding customer service.

The staff is very helpful, friendly, I won’t go anywhere else. Excellent product for your pet! Pet friendly. So bring your pet and shop.

I usually shop at Pet Smart; however, they did not have parakeets in stock so I purchased them at Petco instead. Purchase went smoothly and great care was taken in catching and placing parakeets into box.
