Do Not Hire, He will Only make a deal with the County, and Not Defend You! Beware, He wanted me to Travel back to Tenn, where I do not live to plead out a case I was not guilty of, Under Covid restrictions, when I told him I cannot do that, for him to figure it out, He went to the Judge and said, I refuse to come back to Tenn, I will hire a Real lawyer and fix his mistakes, Ill be out around, 3000.00, and now I have a Tenn warrant, witch I have never had a warrant in my Life.

Mr Tatum was happy to help us against dcs in getting our niece back to family and out of foster care. Made them look like idiots even to their own lawyer. Highly recommend him.

Paid and hired him for my son and he did nothing for him, besides tell us lies.You would think he would at least go into court not looking like he just got out of bed. Wouldn’t hire him again
