Very rude! They act like new clients are beneath them! They want to offer opinions rather than services. I called a different firm and promptly got the help and answers needed without being made to feel stupid. I'll never use them for anything and would never recommend them to anyone!

Didn't even have the professional courtesy to call and say they weren't interested in my case I'm glad I found out this way if that's the level of Integrity they have I wouldn't want to them to represent me anyways
