My husband and I had been meaning to look into getting some type of estate planning done since we moved here 2 years ago but somehow it always ended up getting pushed to the back burner. Last November I had a serious health issue that served as a wake up call. We found out about and attended one of Stan’s seminars. First of all, he made the process of estate planning very understandable. He explained why a trust is preferable to a will, which was nothing any other attorney had ever done. I can’t say setting up the trust initially was a simple process...it involves a decent amount of “homework”. Defining assets, who gets what etc but he honestly made it as complete as it could possibly be. His staff even makes “reminder calls” to make sure you’ve put the assets into the trust because, there again, it’s easy to forget to do the couple of things that are necessary to fund the trust and what good is a trust if there’s nothing in it?! We were VERY pleased with the time and attention to detail Stan spent on our trust and explaining it so we absolutely understood how it worked. I can’t explain the peace of mind we felt after our first discussion with Stan! We now have our trust and are confident our wishes will be known when we are no longer able to make ourselves heard. There will be no guessing what we wanted, no discussion about what we really wanted done. Don’t put your estate planning off any longer. Putting our trust in Stan’s very knowledgeable hands was the best investment we’ve made in our future and the future of our heirs.

I have worked with Pierchoski Estate Law now for more than 3 years in relation to their marketing.
