Extreme wait times, very poor customer service .
Banking hours suck and customers are an after thought. No night deposit box. I will say that the employees are nice but it seems as if customer service at First Tennessee is dead.i will.be moving my accounts.
This bank really sucksnTheir Fees for cashing a check for none customers are way high and ridiculous.nDefinitely not coming back to this bank ever.
Customer service and tellers are good if you have time to go inside. ..But if you have a question there isn't anyone to answer phone or assist you and fees are unreasonable
We are new to Tennessee and Tronda Smith helped to make us feel very welcome. She took the time to find everything we need for our new bank. In the new computer world we live in it is refreshing to have sincere personal interaction from a very genuine person like Tronda.
