They have a speed trap on highway 79 and the ticket comes from Chattanooga, Tennessee. The chief's signature is on there but it's a stamp so how can it be legal. It's not, Also there is no signs saying photo enforcement of traffic laws. So if you get or have received a ticket fight it.

I moved here from Franklin and love this little town!

The city does not tend to it's street's. They don't send out property tax notices. And they have ungodly water bills. I could go on and on and on. And the only reason this rate has a star is because I couldn't post with out one. Also why do we have 2 cops when 90% of the time you have to call the sheriff department. Looks like a waste of money to me... Money that could be used to fix the streets....
