Great service department!! Those folks take really good care of my F-150. They even did an unscheduled oil change for me and the price was very fair. They are also pretty quick. I’m always satisfied and will continue to have my truck serviced at Joe Mahan

Poor, poor, poor service! I brought my truck in for a scheduled appointment. I was here on time. After checking in, they never came to even get my truck. So after 40 min. I went to inquire about when they would start working on it. (Please know, I had an early appointment so they couldn’t have been behind. I suspect they book too many appointments w/ not enough workers.) They even replied that they would get to it soon, I’m like you mean 40 more min? Poor, poor, poor customer service!

Had two recalls from Ford. They took care of me even though I didn't buy my truck there. Highly recommend Joe Mahan Ford.nnBought new truck in August. Had a recall on new truck. They took care of everything. Great experience again.

Ronnie changed my oil and rotated my tires, he had it done in a timely manner and my vehicle was road ready! Scheduling was quick and easy!
