I've called twice in the last couple weeks to have propane delivered, still no propane. It's almost Christmas and I'll run out then have to pay an extra charge for delivery over the holidays. I called in at 30% now I'm below 10% we have a big house propane goes fast in cold weather.

For those who are complaining, if you go to another company you're going to have the exact same issue. All you have to do is call in at 30 percent and they will get you before you run out. You can't call in at 0 and expect them to run to you when they have a cold spell. Everyone in Henry county is calling at the same time and there's customers in front of y'all they have to go to deliver. However you can't sit there and say it's their fault when in reality it's yours if you don't know how to pay attention and call in. They're better than anyone else you'll find here.

The lady answering the phone was rude to me even though I never got upset with her. Her name is Nicole. I called her about a 30 dollar charge that was on my bill because the tank was empty even though I called in several days b4 when the tank was on 20%. She proceeded to tell me since the propane is for a commercial chicken operation and not a home that they can choose to not bring propane to me if they are to busy. I told her that I will be looking to take my business elsewhere. I would much rather deal with someone who is kind, caring and looking to please the customer!
