Not good they messed up my taxes an took me over a year to get my return an keep telling me they would get back with me an never did

VERY unhappy with Ms. French's service. She completely left off a schedule on my taxes that was needed. When I pointed this out and asked her to Amend my taxes to add this schedule, she refused. I emailed her 3 more times, giving her the benefit of the doubt, to no avail. Very poor on her part.
