My husband and I have used this pharmacy for many years and the staff is always professional and working hard. Wait times are normally short as you see the pharmacy team working hard to serve each and everyone. Thank you for being there.

Service is AWFUL. There is no communication when there is an issue with filling an RX and they are unhelpful in solving the issue.nWent to pick up my RX and was told at pickup that the dosage was out of stock and they were waiting for authorization from my doctor to fill with a smaller dosage. Doctor sent authorization the next morning. At 5pm the next day the RX still was not filled. I called to check on status and was told this time that they were out of the newly authorized dosage.nThe status was not updated online nor was there any communication about the availability of the new dosage.nI was able to call the Walgreens Pharmacy and they promptly checked their stock and called Kroger to have the RX released.nWill no longer fill any prescriptions at this Kroger pharmacy.

If you depend on getting your medication in a timely manner, save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. Routinely out of stock. Takes days for medication to arrive. You get almost an identical robocall if your medication is out of stock vs ready for pickup, so it's very easy to miss. Here's an idea: People depend on being able to get their medication. Have an actual human call if you can't deliver on that.

Worst pharmacy in the world! Extremely long wait times. Not ready when they say and rude to the customers. Go anywhere else!
