Therapist 5 stars and receptionist (Amy) 2 stars. Which seeing it's a problem getting my records and faxing them to the right number. Which I made the special trip to sign release form and put Doctors info to where it needed to go, Last month. She informed me she would not send it again. Thank Goodness we have options. Achieve 5 stars will be worth going out of my way for.

Great place for physical therapy! Amy at the front desk was super friendly and always made us feel welcome. Andrew is a fantastic Physical Therapist! He knew exactly what my son needed and pushed him to do his best.
