Aside from termite and pest control, had them encapsulate my crawl space and replace the insulation there as well. No more dampness issues or musty odor, and the HVAC performance seems to be improved. They didn't install the dehumidifier properly, but that was easy to resolve. Otherwise the crew did a bang up job. Very pleased overall, I would recommend their services.

Extremely disappointed! First visit sprayed inside with a chemical in a 1 gallon container that did basically nothing... (the stuff we bought from Amazon works better) . Then charged $80 for a second service not performed and will not issue a refund. Do not recommend them at all !! Expected better from a national chain.

Hired Terminix on September 23, 2020 to install gutter guard, paid $370.00. On September 25th the installers arrived for the installation but it seemed the two areas were too high and the service was not provided. The Supervisor came out to look and the areas already had some form of gutter guard installed, I was told a refund would be processed but it could take up to 30 days.nnAs of today October 26, 2020 I have not received my refund. I've contacted Customer Service 3 times, was told a credit was processed on 9/27 allow 10 business days, was told a credit was put on my account, the last excuse was refunds are processed on the 15th and 30th of the month, mine was processed on the 15th give it 10 business days. Still have not received my refund. I've left messages for the Regional and District Managers to return my calls, I've never received those return calls. I've used the pest control forr 28 years on and off with fantastic service. Shame on Terminix, stick to pest control and refund my $370.00 for a service never provided. You should also stop paying for the cell phones of the Regional and District Managers in this area they don't use them.

Beware, beware!! My elderly parents got scammed, the salesman wanted payment upfront. Not even sure what they did. They left no receipt. I tried several times to reach this company and the salesman to resolve this, with no avail.
