Everyone I have encountered here is great! They are customer oriented and knowledgeable of the products. I can’t believe I’ve lived in Kingsport my entire life and just found this place. I would recommend to everyone, especially if you’re as picky as I am, about who you give your $$ toud83dude0a

Exceptional customer service... Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.... Prices are as cheap or cheaper than Amazon, Walmart, or any of the chain pet stores... Highly recommend for anyone with an aquarium anyone with an aquarium....

Very clean shop staff very knowledgeable and willing to help. Good saltwater fish and corals section. I wish they had a little more variety in the saltwater fish they generally keep. Overall highly recommend checking them out!

I love this place! We went the other night and walked around. Everything is reasonably priced. The fish and other animals seemed so happy. The tanks are very very clean. It seemed to become busy when we arrived and I noticed the employe walk around and check on EVERYONE not just one customer. We will definitely be back. You don’t get customer service like this anymore.
