Attended an outdoor concert in March of 2021. It would have been cool to see a co cert in the actual cave, but sitting outside on the grassy area with a temporary stave was actually really cool. Our group of 4 had a pod to ourselves. Ordering drink and snacks via the app was super fast and easy. So much better than waiting in line at a drink stand for 10 minutes during the concert. Drinks showed up ice cold. Order for your group and they will give you a bucket with ice in it. Food was limited to chips and pretzel kind of snack food. Our pod was far away from the surrounding pods and you do not have to wear a mask while in your pod area. Parking was pretty easy and getting out after the show was good too. Not a ton of traffic to get back to main roads. Would visit this location again for a concert.

What a great experience! We started with a midday tour of the caverns. Justin led us to the underground concert hall and gave us the history of how it all started and what it took to make it what it is. We also toured another cavern system on the property. Justin was a great tour guide. He really enjoyed sharing his knowledge and his enthusiasm was contagious. I am so glad we planned this tour prior to the concert we attended in the evening.nThis place was a fantastic introduction back into live shows. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the amphitheater. They had thought of everything; social distanced pods, an app to order refreshments and merch with runners to deliver directly to one's pod, staggered entry times, staff directing traffic for a smooth exit. We received several emails letting us know of procedures. I would like to come back to experience a concert in the caverns.

We saw the Blackberry Smoke concert here at the caverns. It's a great venue, not to mention a great fantastic band. Along with the ticket to the show we were able to use the restroom inside the caverns and see the entrance of the cave which was very cool. Overall a great experience. Even with the restrictions, the staff was fantastic.

Amazing experience tonight! Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure our night was enjoyable. Processes and cleanliness were great!

My wife and I just did the 3-4 hour adventure cave tour and highly recommend it to anyone looking to get off the beaten path for a bit more excitement. It was an extraordinary experience and one we'll always remember. Our guides, Joe and Brian, were wonderful. Safe, super friendly, educational and offered great conversation throughout. This was the best day of our week-long hiking trip. Thanks for the experience!
