Great crew! They are helpful with any treatment questions. They log all your treatments & keep a running log, so other therapists can pick up where you left off in your therapy. Very knowledgeable in their field. Very friendly!

I started physical therapy with Star one year ago this month. I was having severe knee pain since my knees were bone on bone. I started with the aqua therapy to help with movement and to build up my muscle strength before knee replacement surgery. I saw Tom, the director of the Smyrna location, and Jay, who works out of the Church street location in Murfreesboro. Both of these gentlemen are courteous and willing to help in any way possible.nnAfter five months of aqua therapy, I had my first knee replacement and had to move to land therapy in Smyrna. Tom worked with me to continue building up the muscles and relearning how to walk correctly. After six weeks of land therapy, I was back in aqua therapy to keep the muscles strong in the other leg and to help the knee that had been replaced.nnThree months later, knee surgery on the other knee. This time I had land based therapy with Jay and was able to go back to work two weeks after surgery. I kept up with my home exercises and therapy and am glad to report that I can walk with minimal pain at this point (three months after the second surgery and six months after the first surgery) and I know that it will continue to get better from here.nnThank you, Tom and Jay at Star PT for your hard work and help!

I have used STAR twice. Once for a shoulder injury and also for post knee surgery. The professional’s I have worked with are super friendly and dedicated. They make sure you are comfortable and you’re getting the right treatments. I have used two locations and have enjoyed both experiences.
