I previously worked in the collision repair industry for 8 years, so I have seen first hand how insurance companies operate when it's time to use your policy. Farm Bureau may not be the absolute least expensive when it comes to monthly premiums, but they are still competitive, and their service is leaps and bounds beyond the other guys trying to save you 15% in 15 minutes.

We recently refinanced our home and the Farm Bureau rep made sure that everything swapped over and was taken care of and called me several times during the process to make sure that things were done correctly and on time. Heather at the local office was always very nice and polite whenever we spoke.
