If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady at the first front desk was TERRIBLY RUDE from the second I walked in. I was here for a TB skin test for work and she told me they wouldn’t do it this late in the afternoon because they have to read it in 3 days. When I preceded to tell her they can be read within 48 hours of the test she called the nurse up front and made the comment “I’m not doing this today”. The nurse came up and told me she could do it today and the lady rolled her eyes and asked me to go to a different desk to check in and that second lady was super nice. The nurse was so so sweet as well. Just that first desk lady.

I needed a tetanus shot because of an injury I received. I arrived at the health department. They came to my car and took my information. In a few minutes a nurse returned with the vaccination and gave it to me in the parking lot because of Covid-19 restrictions. She was very nice and answered all my questions. I wish all trips to health care facilities went as smoothly as this one. Thank you Coffee County Health Department

I love our health department. The women there are so kind and even let me know I would qualify for bluecare when I was pregnant with my son and signed me up for it! They are so helpful and kind. We're very lucky to have this place to help our community be able to get affordable birth control as well.

Worse place to visit the woman at the front desk are rude and treat clients like they are scum. I came in for WIC at 330 and was told I was late...they close at 430 and do not take appointments. I recorded my time there and it was awful. They treated me like i was a criminalnI asked for the person in charge to call me and I still have not heard anything...by the way the WIC card she gave me does not work!
