Execellent experience! The groomers were kind and called to say they were closing early due to inclement weather and could groom my pet at a earlier time. They were prompt, courteous, and made recommendations of products that would be helpful for my pet’s skin. They did an excellent job!

The people are always very nice. It's great to go and look at the critters they have. Almost any pet supplies you need can be found here.

I really appreciate the extra that the employees go for their customers & the prices are pretty good for some things, but others just a little much.

Took my husky in for her grooming app and had an emergency come up that i had to take care of, i get there 10 min late , they bumped me and said they were full for that day. They said its a new policy that just started. Ive been going there for 4 years for grooming. And every time ive gone there i get the same grooming, and every time the price is diff. So no longer will i go there.

I just went in for a dog bowl. I didnt need any assistance, but 3 associates greeted me and asked if I needed help. They are always friendly and helpful.
