I spoke with a person at the counter yesterday about the Covid precautions that were in place. She told me that masks were required to enter and were "encouraged" when exercising. I felt comfortable in resuming my membership. Today I walk in and not one person working out had a mask on. Do you people understand how unsafe this is for, not only your members, but the community? A gym is absolutely the LAST place anyone should be who is not wearing a mask. Needless to say I won't be walking in your business again while a global pandemic is raging!

I liked the facility, and the equipment was good, but their membership and billing practices are shady. If you want to cancel, they will charge $25 cancellation fee if done within the fist 6 months. After that they won't process the cancellation for 1 month to allow they say for billing to sort itself out. That is a joke and just a way to get another month mebership fee for nothing. Past gyms I went to I paid by the month and could cancel at any time with no fees. I started just before the covid pandemic began, and stopped to stay safe and social distance. I should have paid the cancellation fee right away, but I wasn't sure how long the pandemic would go. I have have better lexperience with other fitness facilities.,

Tooele VASA has outstanding personal trainers and class instructors, friendly staff, and top of the line equipment. I've had nothing but great interactions with other members. Great amenities as well such as lap pool, hot tub, tanning bed, massage chairs, and basketball court. I highly recommend this gym. You can join starting at about 10 dollars a month.

Me and my husband got a gym membership here. It took a long time to get one. People were always texting me asking if I wanted to sign up and anytime I asked any details about the membership they never answered them but just told us to come in. I came in twice and each time the front desk said that I’d have to talk to someone else about signing up and could come back. I’ve never had such a hard time trying to sign up for anything. We finally got signed up and we’re pretty excited until 3 months later, right before Christmas we’re charged 120$ to our account. When my husband called and asked why they said it is a fee they charge to keep their rates the same. Nobody explained that to us when we signed up, we were only told it would be the monthly fee. So we told them that and all they said was sorry someone should’ve told you. We asked if we could pay the fee a different time (not when we aren’t expecting it right before Christmas) and they said no, someone should’ve told us. They weren’t helpful at all. So basically be aware when you’re thinking about signing up and you think you’re getting a good deal and paying monthly... you’re really paying monthly and then paying an unexpected fee to “keep rates low”. When really they should tell you the cost upfront and be honest about it and let you choose whether to add that fee to your monthly rate or pay it randomly 3 months later.

I love this gym! The daycare staff are amazing with my son. Prior to joining, my son had never been separated from me, except for when his grandma watched him. They worked very hard to make him feel comfortable and happy. I am now able to exercise, which is something I couldn’t imagine being able to do anymore. They don’t charge much for daycare so I feel like I’m getting a lot for the amount of money. The facilities are very clean and everyone is nice.
