Everyone is so amazing and carring! They really do care about you and they do everything they can to help you. David, the PT, is so knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone is so encouraging! I could brag about them all day. The impact on my daily life has been a miracle

Max Potential, perfectly named because that’s where they will get you to. Pain makes you depressed. I’ve been in PT off and on for the last 20 yrs. due to crippling osteoarthritis. I am not a candidate for knee replacement. Max Potential’s dedicated, extremely knowledgeable, caring & centered on patient care therapists David, Chelsey, and there absolutely fabulous support team Becca & the guys gave me a happy life and continue to do so every time I see them. I can honestly say 2020 has been the best year for me. I needed pool therapy and was using another company who used the indoor YMCA pool. When the Y’s pool closed because of COVID I was forced to find another Physical Therapist. Max Potential PTA’s David & Chelsey and their team took me to a level of fitness I’ve not experienced in over a decade within a few months. I was with the other co. for 2 years. May GOD BLESS themud83dude4fbecause I surely know he blessed me.

The staff is wonderful. Always willing to work out the details of scheduling or doctor’s orders, or insurance. Billie goes the extra mile on ALL the details! The therapy team is amazing. I say this because of visible and functional results we have had following their therapy. Their caring attitude shows visibly and that translates into the therapy too! The facility is very nice and this is one of the very few places with an actual therapy pool. All around great place!

By far the best physical therapy experience. They care about their clients like family. They go above and beyond. I'm a caregiver of a stroke victim and he looks forward to his time here and always works hard with a smile on his face. Thank you Max Potential staff, you're truly amazing!

Look no further than Max Potential for physical therapy. These folks are terrific! And here's how they're terrific: Professional expertise, caring and reasonable with scheduling and costs, clean, FUN, POSITIVE, UPBEAT. And here's what's even more special. When I'm there doing my physical therapy the other patients are terrific, too - this is because the PT's at Max Potential and the owner's are MASTERS at what they do and clearly love what they do! This is so nice in a world where many organizations, medical and otherwise, have completely forgotten what it's like to provide great customer service. More companies need to realize that EVERYONE WINS when serving the client/customer is done well.
