This was my first experience with physical therapy . I broke my ankle and had to have surgery . Tori did a great job helping me recover and get back to my normal activities. She was very encouraging and truly cared about my progress. I’m certain that I would not have recovered as quickly without the therapy at Benchmark.

I recommend BenchMark PT-Alcoa. Tory did a fantastic job with devising and implementing an individualized plan and actually makes PT fun!

I love this place for physical therapy. The receptionist is very helpful and friendly. The therapist is very knowledgeable cares so much for each patient. I highly recommend this facility.

This is the best physical therapy offered. Tory is so amazing and sweet! She works so hard to get you better. And in just 12 visits she had me back to perfect! I love how she is always right there with you leading and helping in every step of the way. Sandy at the front desk is also a sweetheart and very helpful. You will leave here feeling like you are part of the family!

Awesome staff. Tory has been totally awesome, very professional but personable. Gets involved with each client and their reasons for being here . Makes having therapy somewhat enjoyable. I have had recent rotator and bicep repairs and she has been very good. Also scheduling with Sandy has been wonderful. She is so much fun to deal with. Very pleased with the whole staff. Would recommend to anyone.
