Horrible customer service. There seems to be new faces every time, for a reason. Waiting 3 days on a needed medication because they are out. Told it may be on backorder. Isn't this something they should know? BTW, it isn't. Did MY research. Switching pharmacies as soon as I get new prescriptions. These people try their best to not answer their phone. If you do call just write off 30 minutes to an hour of your life. Very uncaring people. Customers are just a bother. Boycotting this Kroger PERIOD.

There are a couple of reps who struggle mightily. Management seems to be the issue. Head pharmacist is rude if you can get them to even acknowledge you.

I've never had an issue with any of the staff, they have always been professional and nice as well as answering any questions I have.

I have had decent luck until recently with this pharmacy. The last several times we have had questions, we have had terrible service. For instance, I am calling now and the phone has actually been ringing for 7 minutes. Our phone numbers do not match up to do online refills, although we have asked staff repeatedly to update them. Unfortunately, we will be switching to another pharmacy.
