Very few people wearing masks. I left without purchasing anything.

They have haier refrigerator on display but never have it in stock and not at there wearhouse

Usually love this store ,but they have changed the counter were you talk to someone about lawn equipment and trailers. Couldn't find no one and the employees had me running around from person to person waiting in 4 different lines just to get help to buy a trailer. They need to set up a better way .

It's a great store as long as you don't opt for curbside pickup. I got notification my order was ready. When I came to collect it, I called the curbside number and was told it was staged and ready to go at lumber. 25 minutes later I'm still waiting for one of the two pieces for my order. It was not staged as claimed. I would've stayed home longer if I knew I was going to be waiting this long.

I interacted with 4 employees. Three were very polite, friendly, and helpful. The fourth (actually 2nd in order) was less so. But the overall experience was good, and I especially appreciate employee 3, who was able to locate the item I had driven from north Knoxville to Alcoa to get today for an emergency repair.
