Dropped off my business taxes to get done. Waited for about a month and did not hear anything. Sent emails and did not receive a response. Finally I called and they said they were very busy but working on it. Waited another three weeks and emailed again. No response. Called and asked for an update and they said they would call me back. No call back. Finally I sent my wife to retrieve my papers, they said they couldn’t find them all and that a new person had been working on it and that they left the company. So all of my tax info was sitting in various piles. Finally they found it all. What a joke and a waste of my time. Do not go here.
