People who are courteous and helpful. It's clean and well maintained.nChris was awesome. U-haul now has U-box to store and then deliver your property to your new place or to your old one.

After renting a truck and loading it, I came back to rent a storage from them. I wasn't ready to unload the truck into storage but was told it was 24/7 access. Came back about an hour later to put the items into storage, I couldn't get in as an employee did not put the security card into the system for my storage unit. I called the number provided to me and go no assistance there. So now I have to keep the truck extra time and wait till I can get my help back to unload the truck. Nothing but extra stress and issues. Hopefully I won't have to pay more for the time and usage on the truck due to this since I already have to waste more time because of the issues.
