STAFF AND DOCTORS ARE VERY HELPFUL

I love Ms. Craig NP. She cares about me and takes really good care of me. Takes her time...never in a rush. Treats me like family.

I've given this place more time then I really should have. In my defense I've been going here for bout 2 years and during that time I was traveling bk and forth to N.C. in helping with a mother whom had dementia. She recently passed October of 2020. There was no compassion from the Nurse Practitioner I'm seeing. I hear Dr. Craig is good by the way but I don't see her. I told My Nurse Practitioner that I was experiencing a certain condition and she still to this day as not brought it up and bc she never heard of it well I guess it wasn't important to her but to me it still is. Also I've been on a benzo for 20 years. I've suffered Anxiety as long as even a child. The way I'm treated by her and in general when having to ask or refill this prescription I'm truly exhausted by the attitude I receive in having to take something so I'm not crippled by fear that comes with having Chronic Anxiety, personally disorder and hard depression. It's very limited here I've also noticed in receiving mental health. Also she ask me if She should put me on a certain heart med ?? I wasn't sure how to respond bc I've never been on one b4. My sugar is a lil high yet if one wants a accurate reading on Sugar levels most have you come in morning and fast. This place deserves No Stars and I'm now looking to see a more qualified Nurse Practitioner or a regular Doctor. This medical office just gets worse. The staff that has become uncaring. Good and bad. Husband and I picked this office for convenience of GP with specialty practice. We saw a Nurse Practitioner named Laura Craignand loved her and worked well together.nThe Dr/Owner friendly at first, then turned into money hungry, short interactions. If we suggested an alternative medical device instead of meds, he told us to order it and pay out of pocket. He put a condition on my chart which I no longer had, and wouldn't remove it. He's hurried and rushed. Lastly, because I was concerned about Covid Breakout and infection rate in office, concerning patients and staff, I asked before making in person appt, and they refused to answer how many infected, hiding behind HIPPA. I assumed they had infections and decided to try another GP.nLoved our NP, dislike Dr/Owner.

Unprofessional, rude, and uncaring. I had a terrible experience with a colonoscopy. I was semi conscious the whole time and took two days to get over the medicine they used. Had to go see another doctor who informed me I had a reaction to the antiquated medications they used to sedate me. Was beyond sick for days. Had more than two appointments cancelled within 15 20 mins of arriving to tell me they could not see people with covid symptoms. It’s okay for them to charge you for wasting their day but apparently it’s a one way street. Just a myriad of rude and unprofessional service and sub par medical.
