Recently transferred my son over because they are fast, friendly & when I walk in, it’s like ud83dude0c it smell sooo good in there ud83dude04 but Dr. Pruitt is the best & great with kids!

My experience with Dr. Pruitt and his lovely staff are nothing but Wonderful. He has been my kids dr. every since they were babies. Even on the days that are last minute appointments needed, his staff try the best to fit them in on that day or if not first thing next morning. I just thank them for being so kind. Dr Pruitt is always great with my children. They look forward to going there, they really love him. I definitely wouldn't have my two go anywhere else but here.

We've been with SouthernMED Batesburg since my son's birth, we've seen both Dr. Pruitt and NP Amber! I can not praise this office enough! You're greeted with all smiles and friendliness from check in to check out! The nurses are so compassionate and show their relation from their own experiences to your questions/concerns etc... I wouldn't have our care anywhere else!nn-The Baker's ♡

They always get me in and out of there quickly which is great for baby boy's schedule and mine! They are always super friendly and caring as well!

After leaving a practice we had been for 15 years, we switched to SouthernMeds in Batesburg. It has been nothing but a great experience since day 1! My daughter whom is scared of men, has done awesome!! Dr. Pruitt has been awesome with her & she has warmed up to him so well!
