Doctors and Nurses are great! Front desk people are rude, short, and communication is lacking. We were told three different things from three different people concerning our insurance. No one seems to have the knowledge and experience to properly rectify the issue. The one star given is for the front desk staff only. Doctors and Nurses Five Stars!

I been taking my children to Pediatrics of Batesburg-Leesville for about 9 years now, the staff is amazing from the front to the back. We started with Dr. Mincey, but when she moved we got Dr. Wingard. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my children she is very knowledge and cares for her patients. Dr. Wingard takes her time to listen to your concerns and makes sure you fully understand what to do before you leave the office.

No matter the time your appointment, there will always be a long wait. Friendly staff but just a really long wait.

Dr.Wingard is the Best! She has been seeing my daughter since she was 2days old and she’s aost 2 now and I have 0 complaints. You can tell she genuinely loves kids and the job she does. Mrs. Shealy is also good, she has seen her when Dr.Wingard wasn’t available. I also was a patient here as a child and had nothing but pleasant experiences. 10 stars from me
