Had a great experience today at Bella. Dr Hill was very professional and concerned and caring at the same time. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with my questions. This was my first appointment but won’t be my last for sure. Never have liked going to the dentist much but I am hopeful Dr Hill can help me like my smile againud83dude0a

Excellent customer service. Was having trouble with insurance and they helped me any way they could. I also have a 2 and 3 year old and everyone was super patient with the both of them. Doctor and hygienist were both perfect with my three year old first appointment. Highly suggest them

First visit. Entire staff totally professional and kind. I'm working toward fixed implants and they did an A+ job explaining what's to come. Very worth the 30 minute (very pleasant) drive.

Woke up with an abscessed tooth and in a lot of pain. My regular Dentist could not see me that day and was likely to refer me to an Oral Surgeon who could not see me for 2-3 weeks...I know because I called around. I just happened to call Bela in Edgefield and the receptionist [Mia] was sweet as could be and she said they could get me in right away. I was fortunate enough to be seen by Dr Hill (because he’s also an oral surgeon). He patiently covered all of my options, answered my questions thoroughly with no pressure to go either way (extraction vs root canal). Dr Hill was qualified to perform both options. I opted for the extraction, totally painless and VERY PLEASED with the process and outcome, his skill and expertise was clearly evident. Dr. Hill will also take care of the implant when I’m ready. Though this was an emergency, I will be moving my regular care to this office permanently. I had no problem with my insurance, MetLife. Added kudos to the support staff (Kat, X-Ray Tech [I’m sorry, I forgot your name ud83dude1f], and Mia), all very very professional and very competent. The facilities are new, modern and very clean.
