I love this store and use it for training of my German shepherd puppy and for grooming. Chad is an awesome manager and has gone beyond any assistance required on his part to help me with an online order & the prescription dog food I needed. He knew I was in a bad situation and my dog could not eat anything else at that time, so he made some contacts and was able to send me to a local vet to pick up a bag right away and took care of the costs. He showed concern & compassion for the well being of my dog and asked about him every time I visited the store. You don’t find that level of concern in management very often.nI am very pleased with the grooming salon as well ..all of the groomers are friendly and do a great job . I like to ask for Orion. My dog responded very well to him trimming his nails. Orion has a calm demeanor and when I first started asking for him I had a shepherd / Belgium malinois that was far from calm!nnDebra joe is the trainer and has done an amazing job training my German shepherd “Styx” he is only 5 months old and he walks loose leash beside me while I push a huge buggy in Home Depot, doesn’t jump on people and sits calmly while people pet him. Her tips are great and she is very knowledgeable in training and the temperament of different breeds. I am continuing the next level of classes with her. I highly recommend taking your pets to her for training. It only takes a short time to work with your dog each day in between classes and you will be amazed!

Luv luv luv it. I can always find what I am looking for there. Have a yorkie. Smaller sizes seem to be the first to go but I find them at Petco. They know how to order merchandise. Worked retail many years and knowledgeable workers keep that smile on my face when I am shopping

This was my first experience at Petcco and the staff left a lasting impression! Everyone was so nice and helpful!! I wish I could remember their names for recognition, but I can't. I definitely made this my go to store!!

Order was ready when I got there. Associates were helpful, friendly and polite! Very knowledgeable about their products. They're never too busy to offer suggestions. Love the ease of shopping online and picking up in store. The store also has a great selection of supplies and services.

Excellent customer service. The store general manager Chad, took care of our needs and was very professional and courteous. Excellent choice of puppy and dog toys.
