She is the most kind and knowledgeable doctor that I know. Instead of giving medication, it detects the disease in the most accurate way and applies the most accurate treatment.

Doctor has horrible bedside manner. Seems more interested in the numbers (money) than truly caring for me as a patient and human being. Receptionist / office manager was not warm, welcoming or helpful. My billing was continually messed up. I went 3 times and finally had it. I had a follow-up question less than 10 minutes after an appointment and was told that I had to schedule another appointment to get a response. I was literally sitting in my car outside the office and I just wanted a clarification of something the doctor said in the office versus what I was reading on my test results - like 2 minutes of the doctor's time. Receptionist / office manager refused to take a message for the doctor. I had to schedule an appointment for a simple question, WTF?!!? That was the last time I saw that doctor.

Worst experience ever !!!!! I have aniexty issues with needles and pain, to the point where I faint. She was not compassionate with me at all. I wanted to have my sister an boyfriend in there to comfort me during the removal of my IUD. She told me I was a grown adult an that was unnecessary. Also stated to me that if I didn’t like it I could find another provider. (If it wasn’t already to the point of my IUD having to be removed right then I would’ve walked straight out. ) When I was panicking an nerves crying she didn’t care. Not one concern about me and NO attempt to calm me down or reassure me. The nurse helped an talked me through the procedure. The doctors bed side mannor was ABSOLUTELY HORRIABLE !!! Not to mention I just moved to SC from NC an I’m not familiar with nothing in the area. She provided me with no sense of security at all. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT SOMEONE WHO ACUTALLY CARES ABOUT THEIR PAITENTS.
