He was arrogant, impatient, condescending and snide. He mocked me for having anxiety, he undermined my pain levels and grew agitated more than once. He made discriminatory remarks about my tattoos as well. I highly recommend finding a more mature doctor.

The worst urologists I've seen in 15 years. He cares nothing about a person in pain from a documented chronic illness. He cares nothing about someone being in pain every day if there life. If you need pain medicine he WILL NOT give you anything. What kind of Doctor lets a patient suffer with no compassion. He was very uninterested in helping me. I will never go back to him. I suggest you don't waste your time.

Dr. Horger has been my Urologist since 2009 due to frequent kidney stones. I tried to find an urologist closer to me (Raleigh, NC), after having a terrible experience, I decided driving 2 hours to SC to see Dr. Horger is well worth it.

I wouldn't see any other urologist, I had a kidney stone and he took such good care of me.
