Poor communication. Called six times asking for a prescription refill and Shameka said she would call back. Never did. Even left a message with Shannon. Still no returned call. Lack of respect and professionalism.

Dr Long is a wonderful doctor and person! His staff is not! I was accused of saying things I did not say I was upset after the 3rd time driving 30 miles to pick up my prescriptions and I did let staff know they where not doing their jobs! I never in no kind of way used language I was accused of and never got to talk to him about it! I had been a patient 7 years at that time. I hate it happened because it’s hard to find a good doctor that you like but when he is only told one side and never ask mine I had no choice but to move on! I thought he knew me better then that I have morals and values unlike that new helper and new staff member he had recently hired but I know by now he probably has seen it for himself!!!
