I came to look at hamsters and the staff was so friendly and helpful! Karen assisted me and I ended up adopting a hamster. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and provided me with great advice and helped me shop for what my new pet needed. I had a wonderful experience!

The employees are super friendly and helpful. Every time I go in the Sumter store I am greeted immediately and asked if I need help with anything and I'm not afraid to say yes because the staff is knowledgeable about so many different topics! I love my Sumter Petco and the folks that work there. The store is always clean, organized, and well stocked.

I was out of food for my German Shepherds, and I always buy their food here. Knew what I wanted so I was able to get in and right out. Staff is always friendly, this time the cashier asked if I needed help getting it loaded since it was 40lbs. That usually doesn't happen. Kudos to the male cashier. I have figured out a way to flip those big bags without needing to pick up the whole weight.

I’ve tried other grooming salons in the area, but Petco always gets it right. Ashley is always so kind and helpful. My dogs don’t sit in the cage all day as I’m called as soon as they are ready.

Friendly staff. Vicki, a groomer, does a fabulous job on all three of my fur-babies.
