Each experience I have had here has been exceptional. When going to the ER with my daughter various reasons, she is usually escorted straight back. Within minutes of the nurses taking care of her, the doctor is usually in to see her. Everyone that I have encountered at this location has been professional and friendly. Also the time at the site, is nothing compared to other hospitals that I have been to. I much prefer to go to this location than the others not in McLeod groups.

If I could leave no stars, I would. Was a patient here a few times. You basically wait around for hours just to be told they don't know. Even got a job here and behind the scenes was bad. They act like they have something better to do then help you. There may be 2 or 3 nurses I've come across that are actually nice. Other than that, I'd rather drive the miles somewhere else.

If I could it a zero I would. this is the most unprofessional, non caring hospitals I ever seen in my life. The doctors and nurses don’t care about you Then they try to blame everything on the other staff Florence and Cheraw just needs all new staff and administration it’s terrible and even worst in the emergency room department. Go at your own caution! Urgent care facilitates are way better and knowledgeable!

This building is actually just an oversized urgent care center. To call this building a hospital would be disrespectful to all the registered nurses and doctors that have gone to medical school and earned their jobs as residents. Let's examine our experience (my wife and myself) here at the Cheraw McLeod Healthcare.nnUpon entering the Emergency Room, the receptionist was aloof, detached and uninterested...We approached the desk to give her information but still the urgency level was at zero. Fast forward 5 minutes of waiting in a completely empty lobby, we get called back. Where we were met with a CNA who passed off responsibility to a RN who passed off responsibility to a lost doctor who then escalated the situation with a random misdiagnosis which then escalated to us eventually having to go to Florence McLeod. This building doesn't deserve a star, it deserves a zero.

I had outpatient shoulder surgery this morning and cant say enough how good the entire staff was. Very caring about my comfort along with that of my husband. Dr. Distefano and the whole team...you are awesome!
