I want to thank both Jake and Rick for fixing all my rings. The stay perfectly in place as they should. And, they actually look better than wen I received them.

Took my puzzle ring in to have repaired. One of the rings had broken. Went to pick it up and it seemed fine. I put it on and it felt different but I dismissed it initially. Within five minutes of wearing it I knew something was wrong. He had soldered it together in the wrong configuration. I can handle mistakes and mishaps, if there is accountability. There was NONE. It was my fault, period. I had brought it into him incorrectly is what he said. I took it off my finger to give it to him, to repair, configured correctly. I have NO IDEA how he made it look put back together. I’ve had this ring for 11 years. It can only go together one way. He bent things to make it look close enough to initially fool me. Will never trust him again.

They have been great to deal with. I've had them do battery replacements in watches along with minor repairs. They also do repairs on jewelry. It's great having them here to do these things rather than going to Salt Lake.

I dropped 3 bracelets and a watch of four repairs. Took longer than anticipated for me to get my items but when I went to get them I was informed that they SOLD my jewlery then turned around charged me $48 for the battery of my watch. Well over $1000 with the jewlery they have STOLEN from me. AVOID AT ALL CAUSE. THOSE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES !!!
