Ryse is an amazing place to train, the friendliest people! The staff works with you and make you feel so welcomed! The adult beginner program makes learning fun and easy to follow!

Had the opportunity to train here for a year while working in Woodward. Great staff and great group of people. Large depth of talent here both men and women. Whether you just want to have fun and get in shape or train to compete this is the place to go. Any age, size, or skill level will have fun and benifit from the program here.
