Pretty good place, they got everything you need. I like that the cardio section is separate from the weight section. Friendly staff too! Winston the mascot their big pup is super friendly and sweet too!
Perfect plenty of good equipment, 24/7, good price
This is my gym!! Okay.... and lots of other people’s gym as well ud83dude0a. But I love it here! Love the atmosphere, love the people I see, love the sauna. I can just pop in for a quick workout or devote a couple hours if I’ve got it. Great owners, always clean, reasonable prices!
The gym is great. There is plenty of space for all types of fitness and a lot of machines. Kids area is good, and the bathrooms and showers are clean.

The owners are both there everyday, they make sure the place is clean, the equipment is in great shape, and there's very few annoying clients.nnThere's plenty of equipment AND there's plenty of space.nnThere are real body builders, power lifters and really regular people here.nnYou'll never feel uncomfortable for lifting too much or too little.nnThere's a sauna, a bunch of cardio equipment, heavy and light weights, and machines.nnAlso plenty of parking.nnDefinitely check this place out.
