I would like to say this about the facilites and the personnel. This place is a breath of fresh air. Ryan and Lance are a god send. I would like to start with. I had to relocate my family out to western Kansas due to a new job. We look around for almost a month to find a place to live. We found this place. Let me start with Lance and Ryan. These guys have treat my whole family like there own. We had moved in our appliances and had the wrong plugs. Lance came over and replaced them. On my own stuff. Did not charge me for it. The amenities are to many to list. I have also been told since Ryan and Lance takin over there have been very few problems at the park. I have had alot of landlords and so far this has been the best experience by far. I would recommend this park to anyone I know. I have noticed another review on here some people you just can't please. Once again I would like to Thank Ryan and Lance. You guys are doing a great job!!!

Horrible place to stay. Manager is awful his name is Ryan. They change the dates of when you pay as they wish too. And when you leave cause your tired of his bs you get stalked. And then they wonder why a person would leave. One manager that left was decent this new one who runs the place is horrible. I guess stalking and asking the same questions over and over is a good way to get people to stay. He has trouble understanding when you speak to him apparently cause he will ask you the same thing over and over again and say that hes trying to understand what your saying that or hes trying to get you to say what he wants to hear. Do not stay at this place! The rv spots are extremely close together and the location is near a bar that is extremely loud and you constantly have drunk people getting into fights and yelling in your yard. Also the managers send random people to collect rent at midnight. No kidding it really happened and she asked for cash. We told her no that it would be dropped in the box in the morning. And they can't say she didn't work for them her and her husband were the ones showing people where to park. Theres too much wrong with this place and they even overcharged for a spot my brother had taken and would not refund the money in the amount of $200 that was owed to him. Even though the manager said that he had been overcharged. We left and went to another rv park and the man that runs the park now constantly follows us. We stopped to get ice and was heading back and he was right on us till we got home. This is not a good location. Stay at your own risk.

I work on the pipeline and travel the country. I can say for this part of the coutry jd's rv park is one of the best ive stayed at. The park managers are always available and if you need anything all you have to do is ask. Its a very laid back and comfortable environment. I seen someone wrote a bad review and couldn't imagine why unless they were just terrible tenants. I travel a long ways to work just so I can stay here than any other rv park because I like it so much. When I leave here this will be the same place I come back to stay
