I stayed there for 3 nights, they charged me $390 TWICE!!! The manager gotextremely rude with me when I questioned them about it. They said they can’t do anything for me and to pretty much have my bank call me. Even after I showed them TWO posted transactions on my account by THEM, he refused to give me the additional $390 that they just randomly charged me for no reason??? This is theft. I would not recommend staying here, rather, staying at the COMFORT INN right next door. They atleast have a hot tub. HOLIDAY INN AND SUITES is horrible.
Very clean rooms and the night clerk, Desmond, was really nice & professional. He was also very helpful with all of my requests (and there were a lot of them, all greeted with a smile!)
The only reason this place is getting one star is because of the helpful housekeeping lady that helped me and my family out the gentleman behind the counter seemed very angry and was not a joy to be around the first night we were there we found blood spots on our bed comforter
Not a pleasant stay. Very disappointed this time. It cost me money on a tow trk and room was dirty. Not happy at all.
