4 star to the person and nurses who took car of my girls 4 wisdom teeth you did a very good job but the ladies in the waiting lobby had very very horrible customer service and disrespectful to grown adults don’t ever treat me like a child in your facility again. Would a child bring you $1200 cash for a surgery for someone else no that would be a grown adult. I left y’all a 1 star very bad review before she’s ever came out of her surgery. If the ones handling her didn’t do so well y’all would have that review still. For procedure I would recommend. But I could do without the hassle and hoops and rude employees in the waiting rooms. (Would pay more to do without it)

obviously this is a place where students practice on you. they just use you as their little project and don’t take your needs into consideration. they kicked me out before i could get any real work done. so now here i sit with a severe overbite and my jaw is in pain almost constantly. don’t waste your time or money here....

They are very professional and very thorough. I am very pleased with the care I have recieved. Katrina is so awesome.

They will try and milk you for every procedure under the sun before they get around to whatever you requested.nnCame in for simple dental work and 4 months later they still haven't gotten around to fix what needed to be done.nnOn top of all this the scheduling is extremely limited. It takes 2, or 3 and sometimes even 6 weeks in advance to get an appointment here.

I would 1000% suggest getting care somewhere else!!!!!!! The 2 and half years I was in the student program, I STILL did not have all my work completed. I spent about 7 appointments, 21 hours in a chair for a SINGLE root canal that STILL hurts to the day. Oh and lets not forget to add how in between each time they would open my tooth, they never put protection on it until so it cracked in half and I lost a big portion of my real tooth. They should have pulled the thing with how awful it looked. I had to cancel an appointment due to pandemic and they decided to discontinue my part of program due to having to many cancelations... I can go on and on about the horrible care I received but the facility does not put the patient first and will not even acknowledge this bad review. I attempted SEVERAL times to get ahold of the dean or any person higher person up that controls the student programs. I have a written out document for each appointment I had, what went wrong, phone calls I have made about feeling my care was not being put first, who I spoke with and the dates of these conversations. STILL nothing was done except excuses. I was refused to be allowed contact with anyone who could do something about the situation and help me get care elsewhere. Anyways, this place is just horrible but I am a full time student trying to make ends meet so Its all I could afford. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!
