Absolutely the slowest unload. At time of this post I have been in the door for over 8.5hrs waiting for them to break down 6 pallets.nnChecked with receiving 3 times after the 7th hour. Asked to speak to a supervisor and he said I was bothering them, and to have a nice day.nnSpoke to an employee in the parking lot as he was coming to work. He said my wait time is normal for them, and it probably will be longer.nnWill not come here again.nnI would advise other drivers not to come hear or you will suffer the same fate.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Got to my appointment on time with 5 or so pallets, it took them almost 6 hours and a few dispatcher phone calls/emails to get me out of there.nnThey charged $196 lumper fee to pull off a few pallets, but then also charged $5 for a “check” fee that is posted on a sign, which is for ComCheck numbers too.
Appt. was at 0700, I was here 0630. In a door by 0715, still in a door at 1200. No regard for drivers clock. Plus a lumper fee of $370. This place is a joke. 1212 they lost my BOL.
App was 0800 took them until 1330 to finish, Lumper was $377 for a 7000lb load, left 12 boxes on truck only one was damaged and packing trash for driver to clean up wonderful. Porta-potty easy parking at least
I shouldn't leave 1 star....the worst place ever..and you pay money to deliver is absurd
