I have always had a good experience when going there I have never had any problems. It is kept very clean. Staff is always pleasant to deal with.
Some places are polite and some places are rude I went by to ask some questions about the storage situation for my move and it did not turn out to be a great conversation and they seemed to be put out a little bit by me asking a lot of questions that's the only reason why I put down one star.
Overpriced and they've raised my price 3 times in the last 2 years. They also have terrible parking, one way in and out and ridiculous late fees. Tried charging me $145 late fee when I paid at the end of the month. That's almost 3x what I normally pay. Worst storage facility I've ever dealt with
The storage here has changed names and they have made such great improvements! We can now have access to our unit after hours with the new automated gates- The office staff is so friendly and I personally love the new clean appearances! Good job!nDona A
I think a thousand a year for a big closet is ridiculous !!
